Let me just start by you are not alone. I belive we share a little bit of the same problem. My daughter is now five months old and has never really taken the bottle. I try it before every feeding and it was just at and oz everytime then she would stop. Just like everyone else I am sure, I bought every nipple and bottle they make just to see. it was a no go and some were just a few drops. I had to go out and buy the haberman. 40$ bottle by the way. And it just choked her and she pushed the milk out. I do not have a feeding specialst I keep asking but no help yet.
Ok long story short, This might not work for you but this is what I have been tring. She is on the piegon nipple with a playtex ventaire advanced bottle. Don't ask why the combo, I just tried and she likes it. I put her lips to the bolle cap and Press at the bottom of the nipple with my finger. Kind of like the haberman idea. I started slow just so she would learn to swallow. Took 24 hours, I couldn't belive the next day I put it in her mouth and did nothing I guess she rembered and started pushing on the nipple with you gums and began swallowing. Once in a while she will give a good suck. She still has a NG tube in But I have not used it in 2 days. I am not saying go try this, but this just what I have been working on with my daughter.
