Hi there! Me, again. We were never told that, and I am not aware that Alex has it. He has craploads of other floppiness, but not that one.
I was told that general floppiness in the airway (which is what all children have to some degree when born) can push PRS kids over the edge into a trach. It is just one thing too many.
