Hello,
I haven't posted in a very long time. My son, 3 yrs, is severely delayed. He does not talk and most likely will not. He is around 12 months cognitively and developmentally. He does not walk, but can crawl and pull to a stand. The doctors have no clue what is wrong. His PRS was very mild, most likely isolated. His health is perfect. He is in the 85% for weight, but 20% in height and his head is 95%. It becomes very frustrating for me as a mother not knowing what is going on. The docs call it CP, just so he can get services, but that's not what he has. They really are very baffled with him and when I ask if it is related to the PRS, they say there has not been any documented cases. You are not alone. Jane
Other issues: Hypotonic, torticullis, bi-lateral hernia, undescended teste, PRS with cleft palate. (all have been repaired, except for the hypotonic)
