How do I tell her she is having surgrey

My daughter is 3 years old and a REALLY smart girl. She is going in on june 5th 2008 to have what we hope is her last surgrey. She is having her destracters taken out. This is the first one where she will be old enough to somewhat understand what is going on, but I just dont know how to tell her. Can some please, please help me
