pulling out trach

Hi everyone..Blake's almost 8 months now and just started to completly pull his trach out! I unfort have to tighten his straps so tight,but he still manages to yank the thing out. He doesnt get upset or anything..just pulls it out and continues about his business. He starts to freak when we start to freak..anyway..how can I get him to stop..or is there something going on with the trach that is allowing him to yank it out?? Can he cause any damage by pulling it out? I know these are questions to ask the dr..but I hate to bother him yet again. Thanks
