struggling after cleft palate repair

Our daughter is now 1yr and had her cleft palate repaired on Tuesday, March 4th. She was born with Pierre Robin and had the jaw distraction done at 8 days old then removal of device at 10 weeks. This was her third surgery and by far the worst recovery. She was a big thumb sucker and with the arm restraints she cannot. She has not slept in two nights and therefore I have not. I am desperate, she just cries all night and nothing I have tried helps. I don't know what to do, any advice?
