My son, who is 10 mons old, was born with a recessed chin. I took pictures of his profile at birth and every month. Now looking at 10 mons worth of pictures I can tell his chin is growing out. It is still recessed a little but no one would be able to tell he has PRS. Our doctor said he will most likely need jaw surgery to fix his bite, which is what I had at age 15. We were told though that nothing would be done until he's done growing so we have a lot of time yet. If you'd like I can send pictures.
