Karin, sorry I have no suggestions but to just try try and try some more with it..and deft keep him distracted with it...they have to get over the initial "cough" after blake does his whole coughing fit for about twenty seconds then he's alright we still can only tolerate it for no more then 2 mins. He really hates it and when we take it off he will cry for ever...just out of curiosity..what are the medical benefits..besides having him learn to breathe correctly and the obv of sound and talking? thanks hope all is well with alex.
