HI, my son was diagnosed with PRS at birth, he was born preemie at 29 weeks...so he went through the cleft palate issues, breathing issues...tongue...feeding horrors. He also indured many surgeries for ear problems and then at age 12, contracted Juvenile Rhumetoid Arthritis, after 13 surgeries by age 13...he is now pretty healthy and almost 19...I might be able to answer some peoples questions, then again, i'm sure technology is greater now....19 yrs ago,doctors told me they had no clue of life expectancy.
