1. Duke Duke Beijing Opera Rhythm Cloisonne’ Fountain Pen mint in box. The Cloisonné finish is in beautiful cobalt blue inlaid lacquer over brass. The raised wire on the barrel resembles clouds. The face paintings (one white and pink and one brown and black) are accented by 18K rose gold trim and represent characters from famous operas. The cap band shows a traditional Chinese (greek key) decorative pattern while the clip, engraved with the Duke Crown logo, resembles the head and scales of a serpent. The cap crown and barrel bottom are accented with sapphire cabochon jewels. This pen sports a flexy monotone 14K gold Duke nib in a medium point with side cut-outs to facilitate the nib flex. Comes with convertor in an inner, hinged oak box with excelsior in beautiful presentation box with polishing cloth and black leather carrying sleeve. $195
2. Visconti Manhattan FP in ruby red celluloid, GF trim, plunger (Vacuum) fill, circa 1995. The double reservoir power vacuum system provides HUGE ink capacity. Dipped to test but otherwise new and comes in original box with hidden tray that has some blemishes; no outer sleeve. Inner barrel has not seen ink and its clarity is pristine as noted in photo. $325
