As Dennis said, some silicone grease to seal the threads is all that's needed. Put it on thick to the outside threads of the section/nib unit, being careful not to get grease on the back end of the section; fill the barrel; screw the pen together just snug (it's VERY easy to overtighten and crack the barrel with greased threads!), then wipe away the excess grease.
Write for days and days ... :-)
It's also a good idea to warm an eyedropper pen with a thin barrel wall like these have; just hold it nib upward in your hand for a minute or so before you begin writing. That way when the heat from your hand expands the air inside the barrel a bit, it won't push ink out in a big rush through the nib while you're writing.
