A Few Musicans sometime fail to take care of themselves. They create highly stressful situations. They are always on the run and sometimes grab whatever food is available which may not provide all the vitamins needed for a healthy quality life style. As a result they develop diabetes, heart, and other conditions that bring their life and music career to a pre-mature end. This article is to encourage you to take control of your health.
