Back in the 60's many store fronts (churches that were about as large as your living room) did not have a Hammond B-3... It was expensive... No one coulg play them... And the affluent owned one... Anyway...my subject... You don't need a Hammond B-3 to have church is focused on the fact that at one point in time we did not have the organ...but we had church anyway.... In 2002...... A church without a B-3 is out dated... I had one of my viewers Email me and asked what about the Baldwin organ... Well..... You have the Allen...Lowrey...Rogers and many other organs... The Pipe organ sound is most popular in many churches because of the sound... I love the pipe's.... If you never played one.... Try and learn the features on it... You will love it.... The bottom line is that you re what you eat.. If you play pipe organ all the time... Than you become a master of one... If you play Hammond B-3 than you become a master of that.... Remember....there is a time and place for everything...each organ has its purpose in a given situation.... Thank you brother for this Email...
