If you are interested - just show up. The five-dollar fee is for the cost of the room. No food will be provided and you are not allowed to bring outside food into the building. There is a restaurant at the Holiday Inn and their hours are from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Odessa has numerous other eating establishments. WHAT: Jal High School Reunion - Classes 1936 - 2002
WHEN: Saturday, September 14, 2002
WHERE: Holiday Inn Convention Centre - Odessa, Texas
FEE: $5.00 per person at the door
If you plan to stay overnight at the Holiday Inn tell them you are with the Jal High School Reunion to get a group rate. The rates are $65.00 for rooms opening inside to the atrium area and $60.00 opening to the outside. It is the Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites 6201 E. Hwy 80. Phone - 915-362-2311. It is on the north side of Hwy 80 about 15 minutes from the airport. If you plan to stay there you might make your reservations early.
Other hotels in that area are: Classic Suites, Days Inn, Garden Oasis Motor Inn, Holiday Inn Express, LaQuinta Inn, Motel 6, and the Radisson Hotel
There are three public golf courses in the Midland-Odessa area if you are interested in getting a tee time for your group. You will need to make all the arrangements yourself.

If you have photos, annuals, scrapbooks or albums please bring them and plan on a day of visiting with old friends and maybe meeting some new ones. Call, email or snail mail your friends and encourage them to attend. There were some picture boards left from Reunion 2000 that we will bring.
This will be the only correspondence you will receive about the reunion so please print it out, file it in your memory bank

This reunion is not intended to take anything away from Jal. It is just a midway meeting between Reunion 2000 and 2005. And it will be easier on the Jal people and the class representatives. Besides the more often you see one another, the less you notice how much older your old jr. buddy looks, especially when you look just the same. When long periods of time pass without seeing one another, sometimes it is a shock to the system. So come join us and we will gradually grow older together.
Their is a shuttle between this motel and the airport if needed.
