Cooper Cemetery

Is there anyone who is in charge of or is a caretaker for the Cooper Cemetery?
I need information about grave markers and if anyone can tell me who to contact, I will appreciate it very much.
My brothers and I would like to find my little sisters' grave, and we don't know where to start.
She was only 4 when she died and so precious and pretty.
