We are having a 60's decade reunion in Odessa at the MCM Grande Hotel Fundome Saturday, September 5, 2009 (that is Labor Day weekend). The registration fee is $15.00 per person. (This is being held in Odessa due to lack of facilities in Jal.)
Correspondence is only being sent to 60's people but we encourage everyone who is interested, parents, siblings, classmates from other classes to join us for a relaxed fun weekend of visiting.
The Fundome is located on on Hwy 80 just about 10-15 minutes from the Midland-Odessa Airport. There is a restaurant, large atrium area, and a lounge available. A block of rooms has been reserved for the reunion. Tell them you are with the Jal 60's reunion.
Jerry Taylor, former high school track coach, jr. high basketball and football coach and typing teacher is hoping to get all his track team members to attend.
The Jal Panthers are playing the Wink Wildcats Friday night, September 4 at 8:00 CDT in Wink if anyone would like to see the Jal Blue and Gold in action.
If anyone is interested in a golf match with old buddies there are several golf courses close by.
