He replied "Eurasian" I then said, "How many bulgarians have you met to make such a sweeping statement and when did you last go to Bulgaria?" Apparently, he met a group of my fathers countryman and stereotyped one example as a norm. When I showed him a picture of my mother, who is Hungarian and has very asiatic features, he took that as proof that all Bulgarian women are eurasian. I pointed out that mum is not Bulgarian. Has any one else come across anything similar? I told my parents and my dad thought that it was very funny whilst my mum took exception.
