If so, then the DoC's dressmaker must have misunderstood something... 
Cut-outs on a glittering evening dress are not quite the same as on a heavy Mountain Police cape lined with fur, which is too short for the light summer dress in oversized polka dots underneath, and is worn with muskateer gloves and boots...
The Duchess of Cornwall looks best (and forty pounds lighter) in sharply tailored, fitted suits, which could be seen in the shape of her purple suit worn at the welcome ceremony for the President of India recently.
