Unfortunately the royal tombs(James I, his wife Joan Beaufort and Queen Margaret [Tudor]) were lost under the rubble of the fallen monastery. However, the tombstone above the grave of James I and his Queen was salvaged and transported to St. John’s Kirk (church) in Perth.

Last two pictures are from the Seton Armorial (circa: early 17th Century)which is housed in the National Library of Scotland
