It is a funerary crown. Not the official royal crown. Such a crown does not exist in Belgium.

Yesterday I was in the Hohenzollern crypt in the Beriner Dom. On some coffins I could see siver or copper crowns. Some are missing or damaged due to the heavy bombings in WWII. All these crowns were just funeral crowns.
