Thank you dear Marianne. I know the portrait of Crownprincess Sonja very well - she and Princess Caroline of Monaco were the only royals to sit for Warhol in his atelier in London - the other royal portraits were done based on photos. Warhol once said that he wanted to be as famous as the Queen of England - I don't know if that happened but he was very close... Gabriel
