Andy Warhol's 'Reigning Queens'

Hey everybody... I'm very interested in the serie of portraits by Andy Warhol called Reigning Queens from 1985. The queens in the portraits are Queen Elizabeth II, Queen Margrethe II, Queen Beatrix and Queen Ntombi. The portraits are based on official photos and as I know who did the Danish (Rigmor Mydtskov 1972) and the English (Peter Grugeon 1977) I don't know the date and photographer of the Dutch and the photo from Swaziland. Can anybody help me? Gabriel
