Oh, what a beautiful lady she is: Senhora Maria Cavaco Silva. But also the other lady (I think the spouse to the Ambassador) looks very beautiful.
I see that the Portuguese ambassador is D. Álvaro de Mendonça e Moura. Isn't that a Portuguese aristocrat family?
