The man in picture number 5 is Ola Borten Moe, the grand child of former Prime Minister Per Borten, he is wearing a national costume -bunad-, I would assume it is from Trondheim where he is from, but I dont recognise all the mens costumes. The man in picture number 10 is wearing a bunad from another part in the country
I was quite suprised to see so many men in a national costume this time, earlier years it has been mostly the women choosing bunad for this dinner, in this link you can see there were several more

Princess Astrid has some really odd tiaras in her collection, I belive she herself reffered to another one she has as radio antennas, this one however reminds me of Asterix
