Guess you're unaware of the fact that Queen Sonja always like to promote Norwegian art & design and I am almost sure that these small candle-lights are from this well-known Norwegian Glass Factory:

I own several of such designed glassbolls (ranging from small to larger ones, in various designs) and when I lived in Norway I started buying them at Christiania's Glassmagasinet in Oslo 
Have also bought such candles in other stores in different countries, so I guess you'll find them too in some of the better shops with interior design stuff in your country !
