Thanks for the correction. I thought that these were from the Guardia Civil because Wikipedia (i know, I know....) said so:

But on the collar, the gloves, the silver clasp of the leather belt you see the emblem (the sword and the fasces topped with a crown) of the Guardia Civil. Įnd the boarding behind the guard says 'Guardia Civil'.

The uniforms look similar so I was mistaken.
