Aparently the King has invited Hugo Chavez to join him at his summer house on the island of Mallorca:

A holiday with Hugo Chavez... that must be interesting Do you think this was arranged personally by Juan Carlos? The article mentions that Chavez will likely drop by for one day (July 25) Does the Spanish RF usually meet informally with heads of state when they are on vacation?
