I am a 76 year old survivor who has had 2 open heart surgeries (7 bypasses) and 36 sessions of radiation for prostate cancer. It has been 24 years since my second heart operation and for12years I have been cancer free. Yes it can be done. There has been a few remarks made about the health system in Canada and I would like to tell you that I have never seen a bill for all of the above. I take about 10 pills a day and only pay $100 a year plus $4.11 per prescription. Glad to be living in Dryden Ontario. Hopefully the above may help someone going into heart surgery or cancer treatment. Thanks - love your show
