Hello Oprah,Staff,and Fans,
My name is Raymond Carnation, I along with two other Philadelphia Police Officer broke the blue wall of silence on police racism and were retailated against and fired for doing so in 1999. We then won in May of 2008 and set precedent (Moore vs. The City of Philadelphia). We are now inspired to ask President Obama to place police racism on the national agenda.
