My name is Cecili O'Sullivan AKA Cecelia Eagleston. My ex-husband stabbed me 33 times. He did 10 years ands I changed my name and social security # to hide. I applied for widows benefits and found he died Feb 22nd 2008. My son and I are relieved. I sued the police dept for violation of my civil rights and won in Fed court but the judge overturned it. Still the police took notice and now arrest on domestic violence calls. For more info I can be reached at 206-941-1821
