My comments are about the many, many diets that some people stay on for years. At the present time, I'm in the process of writing a book about the attention paid to the millions of overweight people, and none to those who have struggled throughout life trying to attain, snd then maintain a comfortable weight. No I am not crazy? Being underweight is just as stressful, as being overweight. I'm now in my sunset years
(60 and older), and have always had a problem gaining weight, and keeping it on. And trust me I am not the only one. However, I realize that compared to the overweight, we're fewer in number, but.....we have truly serious problems also. Why isn't this problen addressed, Why, oh Why? I guess it's because so many people are overweight that just the thought of someone forcing themselves to eat, so as not to lose a pound is unbelievable, well I'm one of those, and I know others who are also. There appesrs to be a diet for everything under the sun for the overweight, so to be fair, would you consider addressing this problem please! I still eat teaspoons of peanut butter (it's high in calories, but can't prove it by me) but I didn't gain a pound, not one but I did have to purchase quite a bit of dulcolax, and you know what that's for. Seriously, I'm writing a book about being underweight. I'm seeking others that might have this problem also. Trust me, there are many of us, and we feel sleighted. And we're not gonna take it any more. We're coming out. so watch out for us. Sadly.....I was holding steady at 135 lbs for a while (always stuffing my face of course), and lo and behold what happened, I became ill after eating shrimp, and ended up losing 10lbs. I now weigh 125lbs, and at 5'6" I'm too skinny. Just looking at Michelle Obama with that fantastic figure makes me wanna "H o l l e r." I need help, NOW! Much Love
