old episode

i am looking for an old Oprah episode, i would say from '07 maybe???? Oprah had on a lady whos son was an organ donor and his heart ended up in a lady that Oprah brought on..... the mother of the boy wanted to hear her "sons" heart beat again and she layed her head on this other ladies chest..... anybody have an idea of when that was or what the episode was called?? thanks
