Ms.Oprah I have watch your TV show for years and I have to say that you are an incredible woman. I love you cause you love yourself and that helped me to love myself.Iknow the struggles of a black woman because I am one,not only am I a black woman but a single black woman who is raising 3 boys to become young men.Ms Oprah like you to I have strugled with my weight in the past 5 years.Don't know what to do can you tell me your secret to your weight lose and how you have maintained it through the years. You do look FABULOU. I have to loose weight because it is affecting my health. I am 36 years of age and weighing 377 pounds. Ms Oprah I realy realy need to do jus how you did it. I am very despreate.
