I wanted to see if some how this would get to Oprah, regarding Total Cleanse and that the only reason I was interested in trying it was she was pictured with the product via internet. I have had such a bad expirence with trying to get a refund back from SFL Nutrition, LLC out of Boca Ratan Fl. that I filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau. For me the product did not work, that is fine, everyone is different, but the whole problem is that SFL Nutrition has no working phone numbers, they gave me three different numbers through a chat room online but none of them work, it is impossible to get a live person, also they have not refunded my money from the product that I mailed back to them on 12/2/08 that they received on 12/8/08, I am still at this time 1/4/09 still trying to get my money refunded.
The reason for this e-mail is if some how Oprah could be informed about this and maybe not have her good name associated with this product or the company that is associated with Total Cleanse.
