The discalimer clearly stated what the terms were and you had to check a box agreeeing to them before you purchased the products....ITS CALLED CONSUMER REPSONSIBILTY! As far as oprah goes, it never states she indorses the company or the prodcuts, she simply likes gree tea and the use her likeness to promote it which legit and legal! do your homework and stop bying stuff online if you dont understand what your doing!
