i like what your putting out about spirituallity. i got sober in may of 05, going to AA, my dad and a couple friends said this book the power of now was worth reading. i started it but it was to confusing. a friend gave me a new earth on CD, and thats when i was able to understand the concepts of ego, and the pain body. i see how there are endless ways to approach every day situations. i thought i was crazy and that how i was thinking was so different, that it created separation from others. i have had brief moments where i am just here, and now. i have been the watcher, the non-reactor. life is an illusion. i wish you health and happiness on your journey!
