This is the exact example of how this company thinks of and treats their customer. And this is straight from the horses (at this company) mouth.

Well THE SQUEAKY WHEEL finally got me a reply from your company. Which is more than I can say for the letter, e-mails, and phone calls that I have personally made.
I believe that your TRIAL OFFER is a scam. THE SQUEAKY WHEEL is not the only place I have placed my complaint. I believe Comsumers, the Better Business Bureau, and the Federal Trade Commission have a right to know about my experience with your TRIAL OFFER.
