Here goes,
I am in the middle of a long term (several years) lawsuit regarding workplace discrimination. I have found the judiscial system to be utterly corrupt at least at the local level. I received workplace injuries which were negated by the local state-owned worker comp. system and at all local levels which include nerve damage. Why is it that we are taught as young children about the constitution, freedom and equal rights but when actually seeking the 'court systems assistance' all they do is attempt to get rid of you and bill you for the bother you have created to them????? I am aware now that there are subversive forces through out our culture to the thwart the very promises of the freedoms we as Americans are taught from our beginning years, but which there is no or relatively little enforcement when/if the time comes that we are forced to rely on them. My scenario is this.....

Couldn't go into area required by my employment to do my work do to the intimate nature of the foremen's relationship...was directed not to because I was a female and 'might tell on them to their wives.' I have physical damage to my body that are a result of the unfair workload - known to harmful in quantity. I know that this was an effort on their part to compel me to accept being laid off, thereby loosing my job. I have fought in the federal court and won but sent back to battle it out in the same court that initially negated my case....and by the same justices. I started out in life from quite adverse circumstances...worked hard to overcome the obstacles facing my life ....every step of the way. I obtained specialized training to provide a healthy and decent life for my children and myself...being a single parent. I achieved a high level of expertise in my career...all to be chopped down like a tall beautiful tree by the monster spirit of gender discrimination and that which would compel a single mother with children back to the welfare lines. Where is the court in our country, or should I say, the heart of the court. They are not being held accountable....the system has long been designed to turn those in need into those who live out their lives in despair...for the 'lack of justice'. Would it do any good to 'get the word out'???? Would anyone buy it???? Tell me Ophrah Winfrey....Would they buy such a book??? The courts are functioning according to the protocols of the insurance companies. The justice has been removed from the formula. How can a system such as this progress??? There are too many 'hush tactics' to intimidate women into submission. Please give guidance if you can or will . Thank you.
