Hello Oprah. I have been in a state of mind of anxioty with election and the disaster that are happing all around us I feel it pulls us in tunnel of negativty.I think we need to be remind ourself compassion for other and love for all.It will give a better day even if theirs so much arounds bad. give up a prayer for my father and for those are suffering with illness.
