My wife was seriously injured when I brought my family to a Trenton Thunder Baseball game on July 7, 2007. She has been disfigured and we are left with over 40k in medical bills to pay. Why is minor league baseball allowed to injure spectators and not be required to have protective safety screening at their ballparks? The overwhelming audience is children.
