Welcome to the
Unofficial Message Board for Oregon State Gymnastics!
All others would have to win the three remaining WCS to get to 90 ... which Jade or Linmin could do with one win ... so assume Jade wins the next WC in February, Linmin could win one of the remaining two ... and they'd finish as the only 2 with 90pts ... with the tie-breaker to the higher "average score" (<==> total score of 3 WCs).
Noting the previously posted caveat ... I am assuming that the gymnasts will all be moved up in Rank in each of their Vault WCs by removing the gymnasts that have qualified to the Olympics as individuals ... or participated with their team in qualifying to the Olympics at the 2018 or 2019 World Championships ...
These are the 8 gymnasts that vaulted in one or more of these 5 WCs and are not eligible to be awarded these Individual spots to the Olympics ...
Qualified as an Individual at 2019 World Championships:
Oksana CHUSOVITINA UZB
Alexa MORENO MEX
Seojeong YEO KOR
Marina NEKRASOVA AZE
Gabriela JANIK POL
Marcia VIDIAUX CUB
Hua-Tien TING TPE
Helped RUS qualify at the 2018 World Championships ... so not eligible:
Liliia AKHAIMOVA RUS
If a gymnast was (or now is, with this adjustment) in the top-12 of their WC rank on vault, they receive points.
I'm not showing any gymnast with fewer than 10 points (next gymnast in the rankings has 7).
The "Avg Score" is the average of the scores for which they were awarded points (one score per WC points ... Finals score, or Qualifications if they didn't make Finals) ... not counting scores where they did not earn WC points.
