The gymnast, with Olivia on bars, with the tatoos is Chloe Sims ... who had retired before the 2008 Olympics ... and had signed with Utah but I think had trouble getting NCAA clearance so never started at Utah. I watched a video of her during podium training and it looked like maybe they "airbrushed" her tatoos (arm and lower leg) to look like big birth-marks rather than covering with tape ... or her leo?
