I just got another $30 voucher for a drop in price on my Alaska flight to Tucson! 
(That brings my total vouchers from this one flight to $118 ... originally was $359.40, now is $241.40! ... I only paid $251.90 out-of-pocket since I used 10K miles.)
The Alaska representative that I talked to, said she had processed more of these guarenteed airfare vouchers in one day that she has in any day in the six years she has worked there!
(BTW, American has the same $126 fare to Sacramento from SEA, ... and Southwest is about $155 minimum.)
