Actually, since there are no athletic scholarships (for gymnastics) in Canada, any gymnasts who are at a level suitable for college gym would be hoping for a scholarship in the US. Otherwise, there are only academic scholarships in Canada and whatever other bursaries and grants a student can apply for.
It will be interesting to see how things may change for SFU (Simon Fraser University) which has just recently been granted NCAA status. SFU is 15 minutes from my home (and I worked there as a faculty associate many years ago ... and got my Masters degree there).
So, as to who would be recruitable from Canada? The High Performance gals would do well, of course, and then the top group of the Opens would be great assets as well. Our own Stephanie was an Open until her senior year when she qualified to High Performance. If I recall correctly, many of the coaches/scouts focus on the Open girls quite a lot at Nationals. Some top Open gals that are currently (or recently) been key players at their schools? Kelsey Lang at Boise, Leah Wilson at Alaska, Phoebe Tham (incoming to Washington), Alycia Chan at Sacramento, Melissa Hough at BYU, Kristin Aldrich at Boise ... that's all that comes to mind now, but I know there are more.

: Thanks, ... I was thinking after I posted
: that, that I was probably wrong, ... I would
: think there wouldn't be more than about 10%
: of the recruitables (Open or HP) in Canada
: compared to the number of recruitable Level
: 10s & Elites in the US? Also, maybe a
: smaller percentage of those are thinking
: about a scholarship at a US college, than
: Level 10 gymnasts in the US?
