Yes, that should be the Romanian flag for Bea ... these are flags for current or former gymnasts with dual (or non-USA) citizenship ... they may still be missing one(?) for Jerra Lopez (Philippines) ... pretty sure she had dual citizenship (having competed for the Philippines!). As I might have mentioned before the Peruvian flag is for Michelle (Sandoz) Cross.
