That's true, I miss them a lot too ... and it will be hard for a gymnast to autograpgh a web page for me! 
When I first heard about this the thought occured to me ... how much would it cost me to have one printed and bound from the online version!
As far as gymnastics media guides I don't think there are that many going to the general public ... we did have it as a benefit of our booster club ... but doubt there was a large number distributed otherwise.
