Annette Taylor received her Masters Degree in Community Development from UC Davis yesterday!

) that this was happening so I decided I would go see what I could find ...)
Here is the video proof ... (The Masters Degree in C.D. recipients start at 1:56:00, as in 1-hour-56-min-00-sec, ... Annette is the 3rd of the 8 degree recipients.)
