1982 to 2009 (28 years) Georgia 22 Alabama 22 Utah 22 UCLA 16 (the above teams had 100% of 1st place, 73.2% of 1st to 4th) Arizona State 6 Florida 6 Michigan 5 Cal Cal State Fullerton 3 Nebraska 3 Oregon State 2 Penn State 2 Stanford 2 LSU 1 1993 to 2009 (17 years) Georgia 16 Alabama 13 Utah 12 UCLA 11 (the above teams had 100% of 1st place, 76.5% of 1st to 4th) Florida 5 Michigan 5 Arizona State 2 Nebraska 2 Stanford 2 2000 to 2009 (10 years) Georgia 10 Alabama 7 Utah 7 UCLA 7 (had above teams had 100% of 1st place, 77.5% of 1st to 4th) Florida 4 Nebraska 2 Stanford 2 Michigan 1 So that means that there have been approximately one place of the four (on average) not occupied by Georgia, Alabama, Utah, or UCLA!
