Sorry ... I meant to say "How else would you explain none of those three giving more than a 9.900 ..." So there were three 9.900s, and Judge-1 gave a 10.000.
Because I knew the scores and because RM! refered to the 9.900 score and the one judge's 10.0 ... I thought what I said would be clear (enough) ... but I left out those three important words.
