According to NCAA info the committee is supposed to teleconference at 10am Eastern time and announce the team selections by 2pm Eastern time (11AM PACIFIC TIME!) ... I hope that is the case ... I can't remember a time when it was announce before 2pm Pacific time! 
... sometimes not until 4pm! Maybe along with the earlier Conference meets, that will do this early!?
